At TwentyNine Gems Swim, we are committed to making sure you feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of swimwear and for sanitary reasons, all swimwear is final sale and non-refundable once the hygiene liner has been removed or the tags are detached.

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at info@twentyninegemsswim.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will gladly work with you to resolve the matter, whether through a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
